Nolin Lake
Known for its unique blue/green water, Nolin River Lake is one of the top five lakes in Kentucky for catfish, bass, crappie, and walleye fishing. The majority of the path Nolin River follows is located within the boundaries of Mammoth Cave National Park, making it very scenic and some of the best canoeing in Kentucky. Located in the counties of Edmonson, Grayson, and Hart, the lake was impounded from the Nolin River by the Corps of Engineers in 1963. Seasonal pool is 5,800 acres.
Nolin River Lake is located near Mammoth Cave National Park and the cities of Bee Springs, Millerstown, Grayson Springs, Meredith, and Leitchfield.
