Barrel House Distilling Company

Come on down and visit our craft distillery in Lexington's historic distillery district! You can sample our products while learning about Lexington's rich distilling heritage and review the distilling process. You are also welcome to browse our gift shop where each of our products are sold, along with unique Barrel House and Kentucky merchandise. 

Barrel House is happy to produce award winning spirits including RockCastle Bourbon, Pure Blue Vodka, Devil John Moonshine, Oak Rum and more! 

Our hours are Wednesday through Sunday 11 am - 5 pm. Our Tours & Tastings are $7 per person and every hour on the hour beginning at 11 am with the last tour at 4 pm. 

While you’re here, we hope you will stop by The Elkhorn Tavern where we are proud to serve our very own products. Named after the Town Branch of the Elkhorn River, which flows alongside it, this new lounge and taproom allows our distillery to showcase inventive cocktails made from our products.
