    The legend of Casey Jones began in the Prohibition-era town of Golden Pond, Kentucky, where he crafted over 250 copper stills, fueling a legacy of ingenuity and craftsmanship. Today, Arlon Casey Jones, the grandson of the legendary Casey, carries on that legacy alongside his wife, Peg Hays. By using the same square pot still design that his grandfather perfected, they continue to create premium spirits that honor the past while embracing the present. Casey's innovative approach has allowed us to expand on his work, leading to the creation of our renowned moonshines, barrel cuts, and bourbons.
