This cozy house is located seconds away from Conley Bottom Marina. It is a newly remodeled 2 bdr, 1 ba home that sleeps 8. Inside you will find 2 bedrooms each with custom bunk beds. Both rooms have a queen bed on the bottom and a full xl on top. There is a full bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity. There is a stackable compact washer and dryer, along with laundry pods and dryer sheets included. The living room has a brand new cozy sectional, along with pillows and blankets for relaxing after a long day of vacation fun!! The home has a smart TV, Dish network, Wi-Fi, and free local and long distance phone service. Kitchen is complete with sink, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, basic spices and coffee (Mr. Coffee coffee pot and a Keurig). Outside there is plenty of space for entertaining, relaxing, and grilling out on the large deck that wraps around the side and back of the house. There is also a propane grill and firepit.
