Preservation Distillery + Farms in Bardstown Kentucky, is the only 100% pot-still producer in the official Bourbon Capital of the World, making delicious micro-batch Kentucky bourbon, rye, and other whiskeys in 1-3 barrel batches. Our distillery is housed in an old tobacco barn sitting on 40 acres of land with beautiful longhorns roaming the property. Our 30-45 minute tour gives our guests an up close and personal experience to see the whiskey making process from start to finish. From our intricate selection of artisan grains to our single pass pot-distillation we want to give our guests an experience they’ll never forget. All guests of age will conclude their experience with a delicious four part tasting of our newest releases including our cult brand, Very Olde St. Nick.
