The Cafe'

The Café has become a Louisville staple since opening its doors in 1996. Owners, Sal and Cindy Rubino, have refurbished an old machine factory into a restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch items from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday-Saturday. Located just off East Broadway in Paristown Pointe on Brent Street, the restaurant offers home-cooked food with a southern accent within a comfortable vintage vibe. The dining room is large enough to accommodate large parties, and cozy enough for a party of one. During the warm spring, summer, and early fall days in Louisville, The Café offers alfresco dining. The patio is full service and features a beautiful garden and fishpond. The Café is famous for favorites such as Creamy Tomato Dill Soup, Country Chicken Salad, savory breakfast dishes, and homemade pastries and desserts. Also offered are Louisville originated classics such as The Hot Brown, and Benedictine. Eat at The Café once, and you’ll be back again and again.
