The back roads of Bowling Green and southern Kentucky have long been popular among Corvette, hot rod, and motorcycle enthusiasts because of the region’s stunning natural beauty. Now all visitors to the area have a reason to get out and explore the roads less traveled in Warren County! The Warren County Quilt Trail was established in 2011, inviting rural landowners to add a splash of color to barns or other structures while keeping the quilting heritage present. After the first few 8-by-8-foot quilt squares were painted and hung, more interest followed and now the trail has grown to 16 sites with more being planned.
