Springfield is located 60 minutes or less from Louisville (Churchill Downs), Lexington (Keeneland), Bardstown (2012 voted America's most beautiful small town), Danville, Lebanon. Come relax on the wraparound deck in the swinging chairs or hammock, fish in the 6 acre lake for Bass, Crappie or Blue Gil or enjoy the comforts of a fully equipped lodge with Plasma TVS, Pool Table and Internet access with WIFI throughout. The Lodge can comfortably hold up to 12 guests. There are 6 bedrooms starting with a Master suite featuring King bed with private bath and Garden tub, 2 upstairs bedrooms with Queen beds, each with their own private bath and 3 downstairs bedrooms each with 2 XL twin beds. On the main floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room that holds 8 plus, a living room with a 60" plasma HDTV, a 1/2 bath and the master suite. On the top level there a game room upstairs with pool table, darts, poker chips and 50" TV plus the 2 queen bedrooms.
